Items purchased in the Online Shop may be refunded up to two weeks after their receipt, with the exception of gift cards and vouchers (subject to applicable law). Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date. It is currently not possible to exchange a product online for a new or different item in one transaction. The unwanted item should be returned and a new order placed for the desired item(s). You will be refunded for the item(s) returned. If you received the item as a gift, the sender will be refunded the appropriate amount. Please use the peel off label attached to the delivery slip for your return parcel and send by standard uninsured mail. Please keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference. If you have lost the address label, please return your item(s) to the following address: Address Line 1 Address Line 2 City Post Code Your credit card will be credited for the cost of shipping and the returned item(s) whose value exceeds EUR 40 (CHF 60/GBP 30/SEK 375/PLN 140/HUF 10'000). The amount refunded towards shipping costs is based on each country's standard shipping charges for small packages. Please note that for purchases made with a voucher, the refund on any returns will be reduced by the voucher value if the purchased amount falls below the minimum level initially required. All products purchased from the Online Shop may not be returned at local Swarovski retailers. Please note that the Swarovski policy is to credit your credit card for returned products. An exchanged or new item(s) will not be sent to you unless a new order is placed via the Online Shop. |
